What do we do?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In short, we get your life story on record, under oath, and memorialize it for posterity. We do this by conducting an interview called a “deposition.” A deposition is a legal proceeding where a witness gives their testimony under oath. We will put you<\/em> under oath and then conduct the deposition to get your life story “on the record.”<\/p>\n

We are licensed litigation attorneys, trained to elicit testimony from witnesses–to get the truth. In other words, we know how to get you to talk. It may sound scary or intimidating, but it isn’t.
